1. Data Protection at a Glance

General Information

The following information provides a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data that can be used to personally identify you. Detailed information on data protection can be found in our privacy policy listed below this text.

Data Collection on This Website

Who is responsible for data collection on this website?
Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. You can find their contact details in the legal notice of this website.

How do we collect your data?
Your data is collected when you provide it to us. This could be data that you enter into a contact form, for example.

Other data is collected automatically or with your consent when you visit the website through our IT systems. This is primarily technical data (e.g. internet browser, operating system or time of page access). This data is collected automatically as soon as you enter this website.

2. Hosting and Server Logs

This website is hosted on servers that automatically create server logs. These contain the following information:

  • Anonymized IP address of the requesting computer
  • Date and time of the request
  • Name and URL of the retrieved file
  • Website from which access was made (referrer URL)
  • Browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer

Important Note on Server Logs:

The IP addresses in our server logs are automatically anonymized and stored for a period of 14 days only. After this period expires, the logs are automatically deleted. Assignment to individual persons is not possible due to anonymization.

Processing is based on Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR from the legitimate interest in ensuring trouble-free operation of our website and improving our services.

3. Cookies

Cookie-free Website:

This website does not use cookies. We do not use either necessary or optional cookies. Your privacy is maximally protected as no tracking or analysis data is stored via cookies.

Since we do not use cookies, you do not need to make any cookie settings. If you have cookie notifications enabled in your browser, these will not be triggered on our website.

4. Contact Form

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your information from the inquiry form, including the contact data you provided there, will be processed for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions.

Data Processing for Contact Forms:

Data entered via the contact form is transmitted to us exclusively by email and is not stored on our server. After email transmission, the form data is not permanently retained on our system.

The processing of this data is based on Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your inquiry is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of inquiries directed to us (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR) or on your consent (Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR) if this was requested.

The data you entered in the contact form will remain with us until you request deletion, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g., after completion of processing your inquiry). Mandatory legal provisions - especially retention periods - remain unaffected.

5. External Services

Content Delivery Networks (CDN)

We use external CDN services (e.g., for CSS frameworks) to optimize the loading times of our website. Your IP address and other technical data are transmitted to the respective providers. This is done based on our legitimate interest in optimal presentation of our website (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

6. Your Rights

Within the scope of applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of data processing, and if applicable, a right to correction or deletion of this data. For this as well as for further questions on the subject of personal data, you can contact us at any time.

Right to Restriction of Processing

You have the right to request the restriction of processing your personal data. You can contact us at any time for this purpose. The right to restriction of processing exists in the following cases:

  • If you dispute the accuracy of your personal data stored with us, we usually need time to verify this. For the duration of the review, you have the right to request the restriction of processing your personal data.
  • If the processing of your personal data was/is unlawful, you can request the restriction of data processing instead of deletion.
  • If we no longer need your personal data, but you need it for the exercise, defense, or assertion of legal claims, you have the right to request the restriction of processing your personal data instead of deletion.
  • If you have filed an objection according to Article 21 (1) GDPR, a balance must be struck between your interests and ours. As long as it has not yet been determined whose interests prevail, you have the right to request the restriction of processing your personal data.
